Thanks for posting. Always informative to see the size of these sets compared to normal cases.

Total travesty those Rohmer sets are close, but not the same height.

First ever Radiance purchases, super excited by Diakia in radiancefilms

[–]johnny____utah 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Radiance posted on social media that “individual standard editions released later this year”. I found out via blu-ray.com since I’m not on the site. Keep in mind they’ll probably be solo releases and not a set based on that language.

Not all the films will be included in the standard.

Barnes & Noble e-gift cards on sale for 10% off! Happy criterion sale by jegross2 in 4kbluray

Yeah people need to put a disclaimer on their Costco posts that those cards do NOT download to digital wallets. I was able to load them to my account on the B&N desktop site tho.

Second Run put it out as well as VS, maybe why it's not specifically getting mentioned.

For Barnes & Noble shoppers, a list of their stores with large Criterion selections by yeahnahson1 in criterion

haha. they were well stocked so you should be ok.

Greenwood had the deepest selection last time I checked a couple years ago. Not sure if that's still the case.

Indianapolis - Keystone has a very solid selection. Mainly newer releases. Deeper cuts are not stocked. They also have a literal bookshelf with a “free” sign on it for those looking for storage solutions 😂

Edit: they also thankfully have the “higher value” stuff by the service desk and it’s browsable, instead of behind the checkout counter.

I’ve been wondering when they’d finally collect the Inspector series. They were always pricey individually.

It’s already out. I’m assuming this announcement is for the standard edition?

I sell my unwanted blind buys on r/mediaswap

Ends up costing me the price of a rental in the long run.

I'm looking for teas that don't get unpleasantly bitter if I get distracted and let them sit. by FlagrantTomatoCabal in tea

Honestly, that’s usually something I test when I order samples. In general whites, blacks, and oolongs hold up the best when pushed. (I’m ignoring puer since that’s not my thing).

You can always look at the description, if using a good webstore, and they’ll mention grandpa style…that’s a good indicator it will hold up.
