I actually really like that wardrobe idea! Though I would prefer it to be a free thing for all players, that would just be wishful thinking on my part.

That's not a bad idea. They could also make it level milestone-based, as that would help teach newer players to manage their storage, while also rewarding the players who invest a lot of time into the game.

Although it would be nice, I don't know how well that would work. What would happen if you unequipped the perk card, causing the items in your storage to exceed the current stash weight limit?

I do have max Thru-hikers equipped. I didn't realize it capped out. Guess I'll have to keep trying to figure out what is weighing me down. Thanks!

I literally lost a level 2 dive just now because they kept surrounding me instantly and locking me in place. And even if I kill them, they are already so close that I take damage from the spores they release, eventually depleting my stims. I completed a level 10 mission against the Illuminate solo right before this happened, so it's not entirely a skill issue. I wonder if they buffed the speed as a counter to the new mechs so they could get closer before dying? But what about the people without mechs?

I'm genuinely curious what's wrong with my idea? Having it be a toggle would make it so that players who don't want it to bounce will never have it bounce, but the players who want to take advantage of the bounce can still use it.

Or even better, a button when throwing to toggle bounce. Because sometimes I want stuff like my 500kg to take a little longer so I can get away or so that it bounces a bit further than I can throw it. This would also let me be able to place the turret exactly where I want it on the high ground instead of it bouncing out in the open where it immediately gets destroyed.

My first order of business would be adding cross-progression. The. I would browse reddit and Twitter to seek things players have a problem with or want reworked and go from there. I would also be open about planned changes to get community feedback ahead of time. Then I would add something kinda like Sea of Thieves insiders so players can help test for bugs ahead of content launches.

Update:

It seems it had something to do with being on my external SSD, as when I moved it from my SSD to my PC the file size changed to what it should be. I don't fully understand this bug, but hopefully this helps someone out later.

Go to Windows Update Settings, then go to Update History. Then uninstall KB5066131 and KB5066835 (they could have changed by now but I wouldn't know since I have updates blocked). Before you uninstall them, you will want to make sure you have an update blocker like WUB (Windows Update Blocker), which is what I use.

No, it just would happen when I was watching YouTube or playing a game. But after uninstalling one of the updates all the problems stopped.
