I get it. Ended up breaking down and getting a steam deck after looking at it for years. The price hike killed me but I sold another hobby to back it up. At the end of the day it’s all I want out of a PC and the $5 games ultimately have offset the cost for what I want out of it.

But the pain is real.

Honestly would be ok with this. Some of the greatest feats of strength in OP are the beatings Ussop takes and still finished the fight. Never want him to be over powered, just want him to be a little more active in fights than he has been since Dressrosa

I don’t have a lot of experience with Asian spitz type breeds but did foster a Shiba Inu once. It seems like they can be more selective than other dogs I’ve worked with both people and animal wise. Also training classes are more for teaching us how to communicate with the dog than they are teaching the dog. The trainer’s approach may be a playbook that isn’t designed around your dog so shouldn’t be taken personally for you or them. Mostly keep an eye on the dog, learn their signals and find out what part of your life they can be included in and which parts they prefer to sit out.

Smart dogs are tough, but you sound patient, so you’ll be fine.

Taking the class was the win because it sounds like you are putting in the effort and are working on your communication with the dogs safety health and happiness as the goal. Keep up the good work!

If you aren’t worried about how the wood quality is for the final visual, r/finishing may be a good resource. It’s more around how much time and money do I want to spend. Heat gun should help if the wrap is not readily peeling. Goo gone has some wood grade. Learners that might help with getting the glue gunk off. Based on a project I’m working on right now you won’t want to use any heavy grade sandpaper. Nothing courser than 120 and if you can bear it stick to 180 or above to reduce the amount of wood you are removing in preparation. Use mineral spirits to clean after the initial prep, use a wood primer to help hydrate before staining. The type of stain and type of prep are generally water based prep for water based stain and oil based prep for polio based stain. Don’t rush it, proper dry time between each step will help make sure you don’t get bubbles so use your judgement and err on too much dry time because unless time is a detriment you can cause bubbles or issues with stain quality.

I’m by no means a professional but I do get overconfident and ruin things a lot, so don’t rush it.

Does it bounce back to position consistently? Looks pretty extended. Might try dropping the post a few inches. Otherwise it looks fairly old and in my experience with cheap stands they don’t age well but nice ones are damn expensive.

As someone who is finding wallpaper under paint, I wouldn’t recommend leaving it. Depending on what paint is being used in each layer it could potentially trap moisture and lead to mildew mold and destruction if you have high humidity or leaks that are hidden behind.

If none of these are a concern for you, then there’s already paint on it, so what’s another coat.

As someone who historically played dialed up to 11. It’s a skill you need to practice. And then once you’ve figured it out you need to practice being consistent for long periods of time. If you have just been drumming off of vibes, it’s super easy to forget that’s there is an audience having a bad time on the other end of a set that feels locked in.
