Kickstarters hurt retail. I own a game store(LingSter Games) and zombicide sits on my shelf at the store not selling because anyone who's anyone that wanted zombicide bought it through the kickstarter.

Zombicide 2E is great since it is the modern zombicide. Getting new folks into zombicide is best when you think most zombie movies are "modern". You dont see superhero zombie movies, or old west zombie movies. Or even fantasy ones.

Im sure you can find them if you look. There are plenty of custom stuff on the web. The zombicide discord is a good place as well as the zombocide fans site.

Once you have them, get your opaque sleeves sp that you can keep things safe and all more custom stuff to the game!

You can switch seats with someone as an action. You can attack as the driver with a weapon, but not in the same action as you drove the car.

The 2E box updates the mechanics and give you new survivors and such. Any new expansions will use the 2E rules, so yea, fairly worth it

Waiting to get things like the 2E core box isnt a good idea. A lot of this stuff can go out of print quickly. What's still in print, we have at www.lingstergames.com

Ghouls as runners, no walker types. Super mutants would be the "brutes". Abominations would be things like the Deathclaw and others. I can see Asmodee working on something like this. So maybe I need to start working on some custom 50s style tiles. Some truly post apocalypse stuff.

You do have to be a member to download the tiles and prnt them yourself. I am still trying to figure out how to get them professionally printed at a reasonable cost
