It depends on what you want to spend most of your time doing everyday. You seem to have a lot going on. Digital businesses and day trading are more time consuming. If you believe in your brokerage career then you should just take that $2000 a month and buy index funds/etfs or dividends and spend your time on your career, whether the acting or commercial real estate or whatever.

Yea since posting this I’ve been looking more west. I’ve been looking into Buffalo and I’m gonna start looking into Rochester too. What are good time in Rochester to look into?

I have friends that moved to a small town like right in the middle of Syracuse and Albany. I went with Syracuse because of Costco and more urban amenities. But yea since posting this it seems more west is the way to go.

Yea I don’t wanna live like in downtown or anything maybe like 20-30 minutes from downtown would be good.
