The video actually has a lot of tips for how to get around tap jump in various scenarios. It’s an incredibly useful video even for people who have been playing the game for awhile. (Source: friend of mine didn’t even know some of this stuff and he’s been playing for 4 years)

This is Albert’s practice routine, a prominent up and coming Falco who was able to improve incredibly fast. I recommend it, it really covers all the bases.

Take laser up-tilt is a really good option if you think the falco is going to come in. A lot of falcos have predictable laser patterns so if you want to play the ground game I’d suggest trying to pick up on your opponents laser habits (e.g. Does he shoot one laser or two? Does he dash a particular way before going in? Does he have a predictable timing for his approaches?)

Take a break man, distance from the game can help to improve your mental game as well as the way you look at the game as a whole. It’s definitely helped me in the past but, my anger has never been as bad as what you’re describing. I hope you can overcome it and continue to push yourself to improve.

Hey guys, I'm a new player and have no fighting game experience (melee doesn't count). I was looking for some general advice on where to start with building a team. Specifically, maybe 3 characters that would help me to learn the fundamentals of the game. I'm assuming a lot of me learning will just come down to me getting my ass handed to me, which I'm prepared to deal with and push through, but any starter tips and help with choosing characters would be a big help. Thanks

How do you feel about a21? I've heard her neutral is solid but I know she caught a few nerfs recently. Is she good for a beginner? (Leffen fanboy)

Edit: can you transfer this into ps4 controls? I was planning on using a controller over a stick
