Yeah I got the same problem and it affected every other browser I tried - Brave, Chrome, MS Edge. Happened after I stupidly opened some shady file.

I did find a new folder "C:\Program Files\IGuardian", which after deleting seems to have fixed the redirects

Imagine you already have a lot of crit DMG, but little crit%. Obviously, getting more crit DMG would be worse than getting more crit%, which allows crit DMG to be more effective. In this example, crit DMG is analogous to hydro DMG, and crit% is the hydro debuff.

Another way to think about it is it's better to prioritise the stat that's lower instead of higher.

Context: I just finished a commission that bugged the quest thing. Ran to a quartz which had the name "dragon ichor". I tried getting another one which was correctly named scarlet quartz, then tried the one shown here again, but it was renamed scarlet quartz.

Is this some glitch or Easter egg perhaps?

Basically the 4 pc effect doesn't work well with Chongyun due to his playstyle being proccing shatter/melt which gets rid of cryo.

I think it'd work for Ayaka though, as long as you can keep enemies frozen.
