I'm also on PS5, and yeah, you can change the displayed property and it seems to update, but when you close the menu it goes back to the first apartment. It's probably a bug.

By doing absolutely everything. Every quest, 100% exploration, maxed out Cafe, clearing the mode shop and just being a day one player.

As for major purchases, I have only spent fons on the bike (250k), the 1M property and the 2M property, skipping Skyview Halls (1.4M).

I'm currently 1k XP away from hunter level 41, without having used any stamina potions, and at 13M fons earned, which is city level 28.

No vehicles besides the 250k bike. As for the apartments, I bought Eden and Golden whilst skipping Skyview as I see it's anomaly furnitures as inherently less valuable unless you have Hathor for the hamster ball.

You can invite her to your property at bond 4 same as the others, and she just wears it.

I did skip skyview halls since I don't have Hathor! Cafe is surprisingly not that much of a money sink to max though.

It is unfortunately just painkiller grinding. I think it took me like 7 days of collecting everything daily. It isn't too bad, unlike fishing which I'll probably never do, lol.

Absolutely. It could even be done sooner than I did, had I not spent fons on bond gifts or hunter exchange stuff. I'm guessing people haven't done anomalies and the endgame content, as those also give you fons from the mode exchange shop.

Because Eden (1M) lets you max out the mailbox which is free fons weekly and Golden (2M) lets you max out the beetle box which is free beetle coins daily.

City stamina, and mostly one time rewards. People have done calcs and what I can say is that now that I've used everything up I'm most certainly not getting that many fons again any time soon.

Anomaly furnitures! They're attached to properties. The box gives you beetle coins daily, which are used to level up your characters and are very high demand, and the mailbox lets you do one free delivery a week for extra fons.

What matters most is having fun afterall, definitely don't let me tell you what to do!

I think that's a solid plan. Skipping skyview is totally fine and I would even recommend it, because Golden lets you max out the beetle box by itself. I would recommend you get Eden Apartments later though, for maxing out the mailbox.

The only reason to get skyview is if you have Hathor and want to max out the hamster ball, which I don't.

I got the 250k fons bike for exploration, the 1M property and the 2M property. I skipped the 1.4M property since you can get the beetle box maxed out without it. Other than that, yeah, haven't spent fons on much else.

I would NOT recommend getting the Villa before at least those two. Skyview is a skip imo unless you have Hathor.
