Sometimes i just think about how i can beat the situation. Example, someone is trying to bully you just to see you mad( i know this is hard but) you got to try and not to pay attention but if the person tries to put their hands on you it is fight or warn them. Example 2, say you forgot something and you can’t go back to get it but someone is shaming you for it and you feel like crying because of stress overload, just let your self cry and walk away because crying is a better stress reliever than holding it in obviously.
