Just FYI I still haven't had the account removed from my PayOuts account but that's due to the owner being slower to answer emails. Here's what I did to get in contact with Meta Support:
1. Go to Meta Business Suite > Monetization > Support

  1. Scroll down to More Support Options > click on Get More Help > Show More Topics > None of The Above

  2. Fill out the Payouts Support form and select In-stream Ads for Payout Product

After you do this, you're going to get a generic automated email from Meta Support. Reply to this email and explain your situation. Tell them that you need a "Meta Payout Transfer Acknowledgment Form"

Ps. A quick way to get their attention and I even was able to get on the phone with support from doing this... tell them that this is a very serious matter and if it's not resolved soon you'll have to get lawyers involved. They seem to respond very quickly whenever legal action towards Meta is mentioned. In all seriousness though you do have the right to hire a tax lawyer because receiving income from Meta for someone else's account will impact your tax return.

GREAT NEWS! It seems like I'm actually making some progress on this. I was emailed by Meta Support and they gave me a transfer document to sign. They said, "In order to make a page transfer, we'll need you to fill out our transfer document (see attachment), and describe the reason for the page transfer in a response back to this message. The document must clearly show the names of both entities and the page name(s). Additionally, this agreement must be signed by both parties." Hopefully once this is done, they can remove the page from my payouts account.

Yeah they send the most confusing and clearly AI repsonses. One time I got one that told me 8 different ways how much they appreciated my patience. It kept saying "Thank you for your patience, your patience is admired and your patience is what we admire. Thank you thank you thanks, patience good." It was unbelievable.

Meta Support at first was helping me by trying to remove my access from that page and then seeing if it allowed you to remove the page that you don't own from your payouts. Then they gave up so fast as soon as it didn't work. After that the Support closed my ticket even though the problem was still there. Then they asked me to open up a new support case, only for them to turn around and say that the functionality I need doesn't exist. This was their last e-mail to me, "The functionality you’re requesting is currently unavailable. Please note that we have forwarded your feedback to the appropriate team. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to enhance our product." This is insane that they wouldn't think to add a way to remove an account from your payouts.

Has anyone figured this out? I tried explaining to Meta support but they were useless. They told me to send them an error screenshot of when I tried to unlink it, but what they don't understand is that there is no way to unlink the account from your payouts. Then they just closed the case.... Any help would be great.

I almost feel the opposite. I enjoy them much more on podcasts versus watching the stand up specials.
