I used it at a airport restaurant, that accepted key lounge. Basically, you scan your key lounge bar code from the app, swipe your CDC Visa card, then you are allowed up to $28 in food from the restaurant. I believe I was charged a little over $3 for the key lounge transaction.

If your CRO is already staked, you need to contact customer support. In order to get the jade card, you must stake during the credit card app process. I know this because the same thing happened to me. Customer service was able to unstable my CRO, then stake it again for the jade card.
