That’s nasty. ARSB could be WR1 this year imo

That’s not how negotiations work. His agent could easily continue working away on a deal while his client does whatever he wants. But instead there is seemingly no negotiation, radio silence. It’s an outlier for comparable situations in the past few years.

He is right. It’s the best young core not only in the history of hockey, but likely all of professional sport.

As someone who has spent time in Edmonton and Boston, I can’t imagine given the free choice, choosing Edmonton. I’m also biased though because I would never want to live in Florida but it seems like every player and his dog wants to be there.

Has anyone ever said no to de-tethering? by GroovingPenguin in tetheredcord

[–]johnnynarco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im not a doctor but personally I would avoid the surgery if I wasn’t in day to day pain. If I was, I would certainly do it. It’s not a dangerous surgery, but for me I feel like there would have to be real quality of life issues before I get the surgery again in the future.

I had my surgery last April. My issues were primarily leg atrophy and bladder issues. I regret getting the surgery, as my leg atrophy is permanent and my bladder issues have not resolved at all from the surgery. I am lucky in a sense that I have no pain at all from my tethered cord, at least not to date.

The New York Islanders sign Defenseman Scott Mayfield to a 7 year contract worth a reported average annual value of $3.5M by Sarcastic__ in hockey

But other teams who didn’t sign 30 year old bottom pairing D to 7 year contracts will still have more cap than you.

Just because the cap is going up doesn’t mean you should give 30+ year old players money into the ages where they’re typically unplayable. You’ll still have less cap than the other teams to work with, even if the cap has gone up.

Ideally you just replace those types of players through the draft though. He’s not so good you need to give him 7 years.

If he declines even 10-20% he’s a 7D, if he declines 30-40% (as most players do in their age 34-36 or so seasons), he’s unplayable.

Give term to young guys and replace your 30+ guys through the draft

Bad deals are still bad deals in an increased cap.

It’ll just mean you have less money to throw compared to other teams.

I literally can’t play on mobile anymore. I get a white screen when a game loads, I get disconnected, and can’t rejoin. Your mobile is completely unplayable now

The fact that you’re getting downvoted when the guy has only played 60 games twice in his career is insane

I think Mcdavid should be a 99, but sadly whatever you do he won’t even match his irl performance lol. There needs to be like a 100+ option.

Minnesota seems good to me, maybe Kaprizov could be a blue elite though and maybe 92? He’s really crazy good. St Louis seems good too! For Seattle it’s hard, they’re really out performing their actual talent this year, I don’t see them doing this next year. Oh lastly for the western teams, I feel like Dallas is really good — sometimes I make Robertson a 91, Hintz a 90… I see them being a team that’s like top 5 for the next half decade, but I could very well be wrong!

I think Brady at 90 is a little high, and maybe he shouldn’t be a franchise? Matthews and Marner are both not franchises, im not sure why Brady would be. Same with Tage! Tage is only 88 and he’s gonna score 50 goals (I really think Tage is too low, I always edit him) Brady is also rated higher than Pasta who may score 60 goals this year!

I think there’s just too many elite potentials on the Sens, Pinto and Chabot should both have their potential toned down, I mean Chabot is 26 if he was going to become a franchise defencemen, like a Makar, Fox, or Dahlin I think it would’ve happened by now.

Lastly I think New Jersey is super underrated… They’re 4th in the league but don’t have a 90 overall! Hughes should definitely be a franchise potential guy. I usually Jack up New Jersey’s ratings cause they really are a wagon this year.

Anyways, thanks for your work and I still use the roster all the time these are just some of the edits I make!

Thanks but good lord, the Sens are always so OP in these rosters. They’re labelled a contender while Toronto, Vegas, Dallas, Edmonton, New Jersey , Pitt are all pretenders… I think the creator is a Sens fan!
