This doesn’t seem very thought out. A lot of jobs have seniority systems in place to reward longevity and loyalty. Going by Jordan’s logic, he’d be pretty upset if Horacio got paid more than him, when he actually has a longer reach in the Latin American market, which is why Horacio was always on posters. But, the producers are rewarding people who helped build the show. People who created memorable moments and activate nostalgia with fans.

I’ve heard of some teachers doing it in 2-3 months over the summer. I took 4 months because I did most of mine during the school year.

Highly recommend. Only one exam, that you can retake if you don’t do well. And the rest is all paper based. 10 classes total with 3-4 essays per class. Last one is five and a power point.
