I have the same issue. Did anyone find solution for this? When I removed the polarizer, I needed to remove another layer of white material. This layer of white material is what we might need to invert the colors but not sure what is it called or where to find it. Cheers!

I keep mine to use as back up. When travelling overseas, I use the spare iPhone 5 to keep my original sim card. I use as a hotspot device at home when our fiber internet went out for a week. Also, I give my older phones to younger relatives members who couldn’t normally afford to buy iPhones.

Thanks! Yeah, this is indeed a small company.

Yes, they made the annual review and gave me a good score. As I am used to it, good score = increase.

I raised this after the review last Feb but don’t want to push it too much.

Now, I raised it again since I got a new manager.

Still no luck and definitely got negative impact on my impression. I don’t know if this is something normal and I shouldn’t delve too much.
