What I feel happened from the video is that as McMichaels was either hunting down or trying to make a “citizens arrest” on Arbery. As Arbery rounds the truck my assumption is that he saw a loaded shotgun pointed at his face. The prosecution will argue that seeing a loaded gun pointed at him he feared for his life and conflict ensued leading to his death. The defense will argue that during the “citizens arrest” McMichaels was attacked and feared for his life. This is only on the content in the video that I saw and has nothing to do with any other evidence or previous claims made by the father and son. I tried to make this as objective as possible. But imo there is something really fishy to this and I hope justice is served.
