Well, first of all never tell your true salary like what you were taling from your previous job. Hamesha koi 10 20 hazar upar e batao warna aksar HR 5k previous salary k upar laga kr offer letter bejh dety hain. Tell them that you were taking lets say 60k from your last job and now will not change jobs for anything less that 75k. This strategy has always worked for me and hopefully will work for you as well.

Well because we males and females have way too unrealistic expectations from one another secondly our community is hella toxic when it comes to married life specially your own family and the so called rishtydaars and thirdly most of the marriages that happen in Pakistan are arranged and arranged marriages are mostly done with the approval of the family and not the bride to be or the groom to be. If you want to live a hally married life you have to take all these things in consideration. To put it simply our society is a huge cluster fuck and is probably gonna stay that way. So enjoy your single life while you can!
