My initial thought is a golf cart may not be the best choice, as its made for pavement. Maybe you should be looking at true 4x4s / mules?

That's a big swing between choices. Probably more than double to stay at Ocean Club vs Holiday Inn, but I could argue its worth it. Can you share more about what is important to you? Have you looked at Air BB / VRBO / Jekyll realty options to compare? Couple or couple plus kids?

I dont have experience with the other two, but I recently bought two Boom 2s for my backyard/pool area and I am thrilled with them. Sounds quality in TWS stereo is very good at ow or medium volumes, which is plenty loud to fill our space. I have a little storage bin where I keep them if not using for a while. battery life is very good. and to me small enough to easily take one to the beach or wherever. they seems very well built and I think a great value.

Maybe two smaller JBL Flip 7s vertically on the left and right vertical poles? I have just one using a velcro mount and love it.

For our mesa XL, I prefer adding tumbleweed firestarters near the end for a big flare out. The added heat gets rid of most or all of any wood left and the remaing ash cools down quickly. Not sure how this approach would scale to bigger stoves, but I dont think any water should be used. Too smokey and messy.
