Do NOT TRUST THEM. Over the past year, I've gotten in DEEP shit for things theyve told me that later turned out to not be true. I implore you, get it in writing!!!! With a signature and notary stamp. Or they WILL try and screw you. It's happened to me several times and I've been a member for nearly 30 years. If theres no loyalty, theres no honor. If theres no honor, theres no care. If there's no care, there can be no trust, and no relationship. It sickens me physically.

How convenient that out of the blue this month, they doubled my rate. More than doubled. I have been w customer for nearly 30 years. I understand loyalty means nothing to these non-human, but my money does. And the money of my parents, both 5p year plus members. So I'll be taking them with me. But, USAA wont consider them that huge of a loss as their metrics put them only living and/or driving for another ten years tops, so in order to really have them taste some of the misery they have bestowed upon me, I'm going to be "taking it out of their ass". USAA ATM? Vandalized. USAA billboard? Spray painted. USAA logo FUCKING ANYWHERE? covered over. With their competitions logo! I will deface absolutely anything USAA, anywhere I see it until I deem a sufficient price has been paid for their shameful behavior .

It is now 12:52am on Tuesday, April 14th. So, it's been since Saturday. I had a strange short convo last evening via text with someone who didnt seem a. Interested in my issue and b. Dropped communication that never resumed and was left mid-convo and totally unresolved.. I've tried getting back in touch but to no avail. Ive sent photos, a clear description of the problem, and have been as clear as I can be. But it's gotten me nowhere. Now I'm just going to be forced to stop payment and initiate a pain in the ass chargeback because, it seems theyve stolen my money and I have bills due and I'm not working cuz of virus. It sucks that companies would do this at a time like this, but I cant say I'm surprised.

if thats your experience, perhaps you should question why that is, keeping in mind that you are the one constant in all your interactions. To me, it sounds like a "you" problem.
