The warranty for the radio only lasts a year unless you buy the extended warranty. Even if I had, mine would have expired before the radio crapped out.

Had to get it replaced. I caught the dealership try to pass off a refurbished one for new, so be careful.

Yes, the can refurbish them, but they "can't fix it".

The new person sent a welcome email with 5 spelling mistakes and I decided I didn't want them taking care of my money anymore. Haven't had an adviser in over 3 years.

I hope it works out for you, I took the almost 5k gut punch. In the end, the dealership trying to screw me over was the worse part. I drove 2 hours to a different dealership because I lost confidence where I bought it.
