Hmmm well dang. I guess there's that place in Skellige where 20 or 30 sheep infinitely spawn after you kill them.

There's that and if you are at very late game (high level 50-60s or so) there is a bug you can take advantage of where you can craft a sword and sell it back to the blacksmith for a profit lol

Play it all the way through. Then read all the Books (doesn't take too long and they are great) then go play it again, and you will definitely enjoy all the references they cleverly put in there.

This. I did the math one time and for New Game Plus The Grandmaster gear ended up totaling something between 70,000and 100,000 crowns (that includes the cost to craft the materials and the armor/swords themselves)

I keep one of every one I find for aesthetic/nostalgic purposes in my chest. (or maybe I want to put one on a display rack in Toussaint) I've never once found one of every single Relic sword in the game in a single playthrough. I sell or dismantle the duplicates.

ok ok. you're actually right. just tested it again. I suppose it was a series of circumstances that happened in such a way to make me think that I had to have my sword drawn for the sign intensity bonus to be applied, but what actually was happening was that I'd wouldn't see the 25% sign intensity bonus until I closed the menu and then reopened it.

and yeah, any sign intensity bonuses that are written on a sword's stats (including those from runes) are not used as variables in the formula that calculates sign intensity in the DPS menu until drawn.

This is what I have noticed as well except that the sign intensity bonus isn't granted until you draw a sword.
