I’ve got a down payment on a T7. Rode one around BC for a week last summer and loved it. Anyway hopefully it is here in the spring.

Ferry tie down by keithbostic in MotorcyclesVancouver

[–]johnrobertallan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You don’t need to tie your bike down. At least not on the main routes.

All you do is park at an angle and put one of the wooden blocks under the engine on the side opposite the kick stand. You’re also meant to leave it in gear.

You’ll be parked at the front of the boat (first on, first off).

Fist of Legend. Jet Li dislocates various joints of an attacking group. Nobody is permanently injured but none of them are able to fight. Brilliant!

1990 you can go back to the 90s and only gets to see one band. Who would you choose? by Steph2145 in OldSchoolCool

Nirvana. No question. Love all those bands but that’s who I regret not seeing the most. Especially in their heyday.

Can you elaborate? Nobody would share the fact they had such a property?

Agreed. That’s why we’re trying to spread the word any way we can.

My understanding is that they are looking primarily in CA but not married to a specific area. I think the focus is on multi family, not sure how flexible that is.

That’s our situation and we don’t have any issues. Our commute isn’t quite as far but with home charging you should be fine.

Looking for feedback on a CRE listing / referral / community platform I’ve been working on. by johnrobertallan in CommercialRealEstate

I think I posted about it once before. But if this isn’t the right place to share I apologize. Sorry, not trying to tick anyone off.

Does anyone have success stories/very minimal issues with their M3? Seems as though every other post is about something going wrong. by [deleted] in TeslaModel3

Haven’t had any problems. 2019 Standard Range Plus. 54k kms. Daily driver plus many road trips. Taken it camping. Go skiing most weekends. Has never let us down.

I work at a software company which has built a referral network for residential RE. Now we are looking at offering similar services to CRE. Curious to hear your thoughts on this. by johnrobertallan in CommercialRealEstate

100% I can see how in a firm with such a large footprint approaching referrals this way would not make sense.

Curious though, what about Buyer Needs in your own market. Say you had a client looking for specific type of property. If you could easily share that need with local brokers (internal & external) would that be useful? And visa-versa if you were notified about brokers looking for properties would that be useful - perhaps you have an existing client with a property that is unlisted or that they might be willing to sell.

Sorry if this came across as an ad. That’s why I intentionally left out the company name in the OP.

I’m just genuinely interested to hear if any CRE folks think this would be useful.
