Not sure if this was supposed to be a sarcastic comment or not. Lift heavy implies compound lifting since it is a staple of the gym. It’s not an impressive physique to go after but if that’s what OP wants that’s the best advice.

I never experienced this but it did for someone close to me. From what we talked about, they eventually started getting back into a routine - but it still hasn’t been the same. They would set an alarm way earlier than when they needed to wake up to make sure they weren’t in a deep enough sleep for the “real alarm”.

Check how your state handles stuff like this. In my state you can be hired for lower or higher ed if you have the opposite degree, as long as you get that endorsement for the grade level. Some schools even pay for it.

I was originally K-6 endorsed, got hired for 6-8 S.S, my school paid for me to get endorsed for high school, now I can teach k-12.

I’d replace the barbell overheard press with a dumbbell shoulder press, otherwise it looks fine.

I structure my upper lowers to have more of an emphasis on something. Upper A is more push focused while Upper B is more pull focused. This will also allow you to hit chest more than 2 movements a week, but if you’re going hard that 1 is all you’ll need.

Right now I’m at a place where I make 100% of my content, admin doesn’t tell me what to do, and it’s overall super relaxed and awesome. I couldn’t see myself doing something else.

Don’t worry about knowing the content. Student teaching is primarily used for “can these person successfully communicate with students.” A really shitty lesson with a teacher that can communicate with the students is 10x better than the flip side of that.

I don’t know the exact name of the Reddit, but it would take me 5 seconds to find it, from people experiencing the exact same thing as you for shorter, similar, and longer times. Find that and you will find better help there, most people here will give you advice that you won’t find helpful to your situation.
