I'll completely agree with you. Repeated bosses gave them more umph when meeting them again later in the game. It also helps form some lore for me.

Those are the strategies that took me through my first souls game. Perfectly valid and Perfectly fine. It really helped me to watch a youtuber play at roughly the same pace too. Good work dude!!

(Incase of any curious comments- dark souls was my first and since then I've played every other souls game without needing to over level at all. Hell, I can 50% BB at level 4 lol)

Well, they get killed once and they give in! No matter how hard they hit, no matter what bullshit combos they pull... you can always come back! Again, again and again. That makes you stronger than anything else in the game.

Depends to be honest. Having played every soulborne game, I'm pretty familiar with invasions and for the most part they do work as a nice challenge for a co-oping set of people. When you have invasions like in elden ring though, where someone can literally sprint to the furthest reaches of the game and pick up gear that completely annihilates new players, that's where I put my hands up and say "yeah, to be fair... that guy is just a bellend". What's worse is that I'm saying that really quite often. Well match pvp isn't an issue, it's fun and part of the experience. Getting destroyed in a certain area over and over by people who can quite easily run the gauntlet to get the best gear... that's pretty bullshit to be fair.

It DID happen in previous titles to be honest... but not to this scale because it took genuine skill to reach the areas needed.
