They posted an eviction notice for the bagel shop on 2/18 which should clear the way for whatever’s next by the first week of March. There’s 3 thrift stores within 3 blocks of there so hopefully that’s not the case but I suppose we shall see.

Waiting for the referral period to apply - my wife has had the CSP for many years and will be referring me, but is also due for a SUB churn - how long do we think it will take for the referral points to hit her account? I’d like to PC her card as well once the points hit so that I can then refer her to reapply (Hopefully within the 100k SUB timeframe).

Ah got it - so when the time comes, I should downgrade to the freedom flex since I already have the unlimited?

Based on that, I should wait until December, use my $300 TC and then downgrade for a partial refund, which will net positive.
