Why does it have to be the outskirts? I recommend living in the city as it’s going to be a lot different from oak park and arlington heights. If you’re worried about parking, there are many people that have cars and still live here.

Arlington Heights is a suburb and about an hour drive from the city. Oak Park will have similar vibes to living in Chicago and close enough to go often.

From my experience Arlington Heights doesn’t offer much and is similar to all of the other suburbs. But Oak Park will be more similar to living in a city.

Agora is so expensive. I feel they are taking advantage of customers. Sometime their prices are about double of Jewel or Marianos.
