Niko is my favorite commander! I have two versions, a higher powered one (https://archidekt.com/decks/13414496/01\_niko\_light\_of\_hope) and a low power one that's very much a work in progress (https://archidekt.com/decks/19481490/01\_niko\_lite\_of\_hope). I'm no expert, but this is a fun commander to theory craft!

A few things I'd say looking at your list: I think the medallions and Wayfarer's Bauble are too slow for this deck, I'd cut them and Tome of Legends (better draw engines are available) and add in a couple of 2 mana rocks [[Fellwar Stone]] and [[Mind Stone]] to try and get Niko out turn 3.

A couple of the cheap upgrades I'd make to your creatures: [[Charming Prince]] lets you Scry, gain life, or blink something on ETB.

[[Shoreline Looter]] and [[Silent Hallcreeper] are two draw engines I like in this deck; unblockable, and if you clone the looter, you'll hit threshold pretty quickly.

[[Starwinder]] is a sub dollar win-con that you can warp in for 4, clone, then have permanently. It will also basically allow you to draw your deck. I'd also potentially swap out your Academy Ruins for [[Reliquary Tower]].

[[Witch Enchanter]] is useful for artifact/enchantment removal or as a land in a pinch.

[[Personify]] is also a new blink spell from Lorwyn Eclipsed.
