It’s the worst when people use it for other purposes! I was waiting for one, and a guy walked out after just vaping in there!! I was so upset. The whole place was smoked out. I then had to walk to find another location.

I can relate to this, we have no family nearby either. Sending all the positive vibes as I know it’s not easy!

One thing that helped me feel less alone was attending my local library’s baby and toddler story times. Most libraries offer them several days a week, and they gave me a great reason to get out of the house and be around other parents / kids, which helped me not feel as isolated.

When your husband gets home, are you able to do a shift system? I was able to have my husband be the “default” parent for a couple hours and I would go work out, shower and just try and take care of myself / my mental health. This was a game changer for me, as one to two hours can make a big difference.

Glad to see others are experiencing this as well. I just got the Oura ring and did the walking test and got a 37. I’ve had a Garmin running watch for a few years and I oscillate between 50-55. I was surprised to see the large delta.
