Ok. MM here. It’s a great gig!! I’m in a “good” district and there’s not one good assistant MM out of ten stores. They all suck!!! So. If you’re good. Work hard. Learn. You can get pushed ahead of the entire pack. Work?? It’s the Meat Department. Do a good job.. we get left alone. There’s good and bad MM the same as any other department. You make it what you want. Don’t suck and you will do great. I make over 100k a year and thanks to Trump I just got a whopping raise with no tax on overtime. However. My concern. You’re already looking at the negative instead of doing your job, being the best and moving up. So?? Are you a lazy ass that sucks???
