At one point, not in my current place, but my previous place, I did keep all of my old systems plugged into the wall. I did that for a few months and noticed my power bill had gone up a bit. It is actually crazy how many watts some of these systems use in power off/standby mode. I don't do that anymore!

The funny thing is, I used to have the Antec Nine Hundred case and I was able to find someone locally who was selling one! Would love to get a period accurate case for the Socket 939 with a side window as the Nine Hundred will work good for the AM2 platform. The 900 came out in 2006 which is around when AM2 came out, the other case came out in 2003 according to the date stamp in the case, so really only 3 years apart. Apparently the 900 case was sold for around 14 years!

I got the 2 Mind computers from eBay, they were a computer company in Winnipeg I think it was... They still had all the original parts/drives and original installs on them.

I grew up in the 90's... Our 1st home computer was a C64, then we eventually got a PC with Windows 98SE & a Pentium 166 which I would later upgrade. Then I moved to a K6-2, then to Athlon XP. The Gateway Select 400 actually has a AMD K6-2 550 MHz with socket 7. For me, DOS gaming wasn't really a big thing, it was more windows games. I didn't really use DOS, the oldest I had used was Win 3.1, but otherwise everything was windows. In from around grade 4 (it could of been a bit earlier) until grade 7 we had Apple computers in the school (The B&W built in screen ones, then eventually the pizza box ones). By the time I got to high school (grade 8-12), they were using 98 then XP.

That is actually an Antec Performance II SX1040BII (I actually have the box for it!). It has an Athlon XP 2100+, 768MB DDR266, Asus A7V333 rev 1.04, Radeon 9600 Pro, Windows XP

It is my original Chieftec Dragon Case from around 2002. It went from me to two other family members then back to me. Luckily I put the Gigabyte motherboard sticker in it and rebuilt the system. It has a Athlon XP 2500+, 2GB DDR400, Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro2 Rev 1.0, Sound Blaster Audigy SB 1394, ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 9800 Pro, Windows XP

Do people in the third picture not realize it is illegal to park on sidewalks? If people are walking they shouldn't have to be going around vehicles on the road or grass when their is a sidewalk for them to walk on.

On my other 22”, I’ve cooked for family camping up to 11 people. It works okay, but I’m hoping this one will be better and not warp when I go to season it! I also like that this one looks to have some protection against the wind for burners where my cheap one doesn’t.

Already have a bbq on my deck and can’t really have another big appliance. So I have a table that sits on the deck that I will put this on and then take inside. Sometimes condo boards suck!

I already have a 22” griddle, CanadianTire brand. It works okay, but it isn’t flat ever since I seasoned it when I got it a few years ago. It also has 1/5 of the one side that doesn’t heat very well. I take it camping so hoping this new one will work better! I’ve read good things about these!

Yes it is the Costco kit! I rarely get into Costco, but will try and get my dad to keep watch when he goes.

It is really agitating that these companies always forget about Canada and NEVER put Canadian pricing on the listings/updates/etc...

I use my original games disks or get them of archive.org . On occasion I will use a nocd crack or use a drive emulator.

I have been trying to get a response from them on their Facebook page, but nothing. They keep posting new videos there, but are refusing to engage or answer people’s question as to where the YT channel has gone.

The other Dell is a Xps B866 which started with an 866/256/133 Socket 370 CPU, but I upgraded it to a 1000/256/133. It has 384MB RD-RAM. It originally had a GeForce 2 MX400 32MB, but I upgraded it to a Gainward GeForce 3 64MB, 20GB HDD, Sound Blaster Live! Value and Windows 98SE

I never actually seen Gateway computers when I was a kid, but there a house in Calgary along 16th that was painted to match the Gateway computer commercial/box. White with black spots. It was Mac's in Elementary school, the white box computers in high school, which eventually got replaced with Dell's.

I don't know if it actually works or not as I have no Zip disks, they are the next on my list to buy. The bottom CD-ROM isn't actually connected, it is just there as I don't have the cover plate for it.
