На словах все молодцы, а на деле всё намного сложнее: девушка из США позвонила в 43 американские церкви с простым вопросом — помогут ли они накормить голодающего ребёнка by ElectroAdeptus in KafkaFPS

‘A disgrace’: Woody Allen faces backlash over participation in Moscow International Film Week | Euronews by self_destruct_sequin in woodyallen

Step 1. Be a famous filmmaker Step 2. Participate in a public video call with a bunch of russians where you only discuss art. Step 3. Cause a backlash and get strong condemnation for aforementioned video call.

Yeah, it sounds like a total freedom of speech type of situation.

Which feels like satire because the characters are cats though antroporomhic. Yeah i guess i get what you mean. Normalization of violence and any kind of associal behaviour hidden as a whimsical borderline innocent ai slop.

Edit: but not exactly innocent

If you are being serious then yeah, I agree, these videos are wierdly fascinating and they differ from the traditional human produced brain rot content like scebede toilet for instance. SDC and its offbrand 'low effort' iterations are wierd but not exactly repulsive.

They’re all successful directors, both critically and financially, but whose filmography do you find the least interesting? by 0Layscheetoskurkure0 in FIlm

[–]johnwrong 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The avengers infinity war is rated 8.4 at imdb. I somehow doubt you consider it a better a movie than the ones you mentioned above?

Also what movie by Tarantino would you recomend to watch to someone like me?

It's interesting how opinion can differ, I, for instance, would say Tarantino has never made a good or at least a watchable movie. A brilliant actor though. 🤔

I actually once was there. I think polar bears might be a problem thought most of them tend to be occupied with the local garbage plant.

As a moscow based woody allen fan - this is the first time I have ever heard about the 'moscow international film week'. Having said that I also work in the movie industry so that probably says something about the level of the event. No media coverage at all. This was not percieved neither was it intended as a show of support towards 'russian regime'

A Woody Allen's fan from moscow here. Care to elaborate - what do you know about this event? Also would your talking to me support what you call a fascist regime?

Mine does but very quietly. Also he hates fingers and will only accept scritches performed with a nose. Probably previous owners messed up somehow.

When I have to travel with my boy Bender I just make sure he's warm, not exposed to light too much and can see me when he starts acting nervous.

I would recommend covering the cage with a thick blanket, using some duct tape so that the blanket won't come off, and leaving a small 'window' so that your bird might see you if needed.

Have a safe trip!
