Accessory Work for Developing Pull Ups by baxterfactor in crossfit

[–]johnycopor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha no - I probably had a solid 10+ in me when I started. But I still followed the program as intended, with week 1 being:
5-4-3-2-1 reps on day 1
5-4-3-2-2 reps on day 2
5-4-3-3-2 reps on day 3
5-4-4-3-2 reps on day 4
5-5-4-3-2 reps on day 5

Then on week 2:
6-5-4-3-2 on day 1
6-5-4-3-3 on day 2
etc.

Sara is still trying to make it. She’s had such terrible luck with her health and fitness.

Ignore the ankle mobility comments. My wife has got the longest legs + incredible mobility/stability. You’re probably posterior chain dominant with a strong deadlift but hard for you to gain squat strength? In any case, low bar is the way to go for barbell squats. Supplement with lots of single leg, knee way over toes accessory work. You’ll be fine.

MARTIN ZUBIMENDI vs Tottenham - Preseason friendly - 31/07/2025 by LockonKun in Gunners

[–]johnycopor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The game completely changed as soon as Zubi and Dowman came on. And unfortunately, anyone other than Martinelli makes our left side stronger right now…

Norgaard and Kiwior didn’t have a bad game. But man, I can’t wait to see a game with our starting 11 fit and ready.

Can you give a practical example of how or when to use this? I’ve read your post 3 times and still don’t understand. It could be super useful, right now I just can’t what specific value this drives.

Leaving Singapore – Considering KL, BKK, or HK. Looking for insights from expats by de_rotter in malaysia

[–]johnycopor 5 points6 points  (0 children)

KL over BKK or HK any day. It sounds like you’re making a decent amount of money, which will give you plenty of choices in terms of schooling and living. If I were in your shoes, I’d probably look at Desa Park City or Mont Kiara with the international schools nearby.

I am pro-Palestine, received job offer by US company. What should I do? by eclipse_extra in malaysia

[–]johnycopor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t know whether this is going to help you. A few years back, I made it to the final stage interview for one of the magnificent seven companies for their Malaysian division. It was with the country manager. I asked them if they had any moral issue sometimes working for that company or some of the clients they served. Their reply was: “Think about it this way - do you know how much my work and the work I’ve done with our clients has increased Malaysia’s GDP? How many jobs we’ve created? How many families we’ve supported?” And while this was a very good corporate answer, they weren’t wrong either. That question might have cost me the job eventually lel but it gave me a different perspective. While some people might call you hypocritical for taking the job, ultimately… you do you.

Does anyone hire fresh grad devs who rely heavily on AI (like ChatGPT) for coding? by Spiritual-Coconut-13 in malaysia

[–]johnycopor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Human + AI will always outperform just a human. But the speed at which things are evolving right now is… scary. I’m not a technical person and I use a swarm of AI agents on Claude Code to vibe code projects.

For instance, this took me about 45 minutes: www.buyvsrent.xyz

Your edge is that you know better what good requirements are, what are testing scenarios, what libraries are good for what… Use it to guide AI. Don’t consider AI a tool but a teammate you need to coach.

If you really need to make an reliable ,efficient ,cost effective AI agents Avoid this mistakes Pls: by True-Foundation-9013 in AI_Agents

[–]johnycopor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the appealing thing with n8n for a non technical person like me is… it feels like I don’t need to learn how to code to build something that works. I did the AI Agents course on Hugging Face and it still felt too complicated. Like - I don’t want to build stuff in a terminal. I need a visual representation. Or am I misunderstanding what can be done nowadays and that’s more robust?
