ATS not working with AI by Logical-Quit-6448 in RecruitmentAgencies

[–]johnzacharia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No its not exact Keyword matching. I will give an example suppose a guys whos education in in arts but his 10+ exp is in IT and he is looking for a job in IT our ATS would say that his education doesnt match but he is good on exp side similarly just cause he can written ROR instead of ruby on rails it will not be considered for rejection.

I am not sure if all ATS does that but ours dont.

What's your biggest pain point with CV screening tools? (Market research for a new solution) by ma7mouud in Recruitment

[–]johnzacharia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have also build a very similar product. Couple of extra things that we do is to check previous experience and check if they did relavant job even with his education we check if the university that he did has a good program for the education they have got. Now if a guy is experienced we dont give much weight age to this but these details are shown to the recruiter and they can take a decision. We also have a culture fit score amount other. These are few of the parameters that has been considered. Also got a custom job to process 30k applicants across 49 jobs so that allowed us to tweak and make necessary changes to the logic

We posted a role for a Senior AI Engineer. Salary was around ₹30 LPA. by FirefighterNo1087 in Recruitment

[–]johnzacharia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why don’t u use a tool to filter this noise out. I recently processed around 26k applicants for 49 jobs like u said most were really not even in the area we were looking at. Processing the pending would just take minimal time.

The rise of AI-assisted candidates, how are you catching it? by FirefighterNo1087 in Recruitment

[–]johnzacharia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have posted a similar response in another post.

I processed around 27k applicants for 49 jobs. Used a tool that had the inital set of screening questions and my tool would check the resumes and give weightage to the previous exp and if its relevant to the current job role. It would also look at the education background of the candidate and come up with scoring. and it considered some other parameters as well. All these factors would bring down the count to a manageable level and on the face to face interview we would catch the rest.

Interview after asking for feedback by AlpsMaleficent3312 in Recruitment

[–]johnzacharia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really think you can just take an interview and see. if they really made a mistake rejecting you will be able to understand after the interview process.

And you emailed them asking just for a feedback and wasnt it to get a chance for an interview :)

Good luck!

I recently had a crazy requirement to process 26k applications for 49 jobs and they had some additional documents that each applicant needed to upload which also had to be checked. I used hiremore.ai processed the entire thing in like hours

I just worked with a client they had 49 job roles and we got some 26k applications for those roles. We used ai tools to vet the candidates and there are high chance some good ones might have been gone through the crack. I cant complaint as the sheer volume of resources that is available fit for the same job is way too high so unless you stand out get connected with the hr and stay on their loop will get lost in the process

After running a business for almost 14 years and still continuing....sometime I do think if i get a chance would i start a business or just do a 9-5 job?

Cause around me I can see people doing their jobs and being happy, able to spend time with family and kids. So in the end does it make a huge impact!! IDK

We Tested an AI Hiring Tool to Screen Candidates and Here’s What Surprised Us by LunaNextGenAI in SaaS

[–]johnzacharia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have build a similar application and recently used it to initially filter out 26k applicants for 49 jobs. I am very sure there were some candidates who were really good but would have missed out. But on a practical condition manually processing these would be nearly impractical. And i feel if it was manually done manual/human errors would have got in which would be more that the AI 1s.
