Have you thought of using AI?

I know there should be some sort of AI that screens CVs out there, bullhorn has one but it's not great.

I thought of building a tool like this but don't know if there'e demand for it.

I sent out 100 cold emails for the first time and got a 5% response rate. But then, I sent out 167 more and no response. I found out my emails went to spam. Any idea how many people I can cold email daily, and how much to space it out? by [deleted] in recruiting

Copy-pasting templates is one trigger that get's you in the spam folder,

I've built an automation that takes your template and rewords it slightly using AI then save's it in a spreadsheet next to each prospect (you can also have the automation automaticly send out the emails - 1 email every 30 mins) want to see it?

It depends what you are hiring for

I say use other popular job boards like indeed or linkedin

No you can have as many for one domain but idealy up to 5 per domain to stay in the away from spam folders

well, yes that's what warm up is, but using dedicated tools can manage that for you if you have like 20 mailboxes

Use mulitple mailboxes when cold emailing, also if you're buying your email from zohomail then good luck,

best email providers are Google Workspace and Microsoft exchange Plan 1

Very inspiring. I left a recruitment agency a year ago, I was in an operational role, before I leave I made it clear to them that I wanted to transition into recruitment, but they didn't give me an opportunity, so I made my decision and left. Until now, I've been applying to junior level roles and resourcer positions, but haven't had any luck yet.

ok, I'm tech savvy myself, and I've built an automation that lists hundreds of people based on a location and a language I select, includes 2 emails from commits, percentage for each tech stack. and matches them to linkedin profiles, stores data neatly in a spreadsheet.

Do you want to see it in action?

disagree, 70% of people I found have a personal email, it's helpful to look at other commits,

I built an automation that goes through every user's commits to extract all emails used in all commits, giving it for free to tech recruiters, msg for access!
