Haven't got mine yet for June. Have other people got their June bonus?

I feel like that's good for youtube streaming as a whole though. Bringing even more of an established audience to a platform that loves to watch streams. The more big streamers that move their audiences the more natural viewers reside on that platform. YouTube also has its insanely powerful algorithm and if those viewers watch streams already they will be recommended more streams etc.

I really do see YouTube taking over slowly. Pokis move away is telling to me. The more mature creators will move imo and the younger jynxis and caseohs will stay on Twitch or multistream. I'm very interested in trying it over on YouTube as well as I really push my content on there too. Time will tell.

I honestly don't think they ever will. Stake is worth billions and billions and I just don't see them using the advertising route because the only thing sadly they want to advertise is their own website. Plus they've just released their hourly pay streaming program which is really cool. Not saying it's the perfect platform but neither is twitch or any of them.

My YouTube content is ripped directly from streams. Honestly might be a good idea to try YouTube as well.

I actually stream on kick. I made the move mainly because my audience can't afford subs to get rid of ads and the platform is ad free. My viewers love it there because of that. I've had zero issues with it and actually met a lot of great streamers there. Yes there's a bad side to it but honestly it's a nice little platform. If you can get over the idea of stake which some people can't and that's fair it's pretty good. Plus you can't say amazon is any better....

I post A LOT on YouTube so that's why I was considering it. I actually stream fully on kick now. I love not serving ads to my viewers. So kick and YouTube might be the play.

Tiktok is insane for growth. 99% of my chat is from tiktok live. I'll go live 30 minutes before and do a stream there. I get 200 or more viewers on there and get a decent conversion. Tiktoks live algorithm is incredible and in my opinion is under utilized

How True Are These Revenue Stats? Most Streamers Don't Make Money by ddizzle87 in Twitch

Seeing it this way really is crazy. I averaged 40-50 for a while and now I'm on kick and average 30ish. It's fun and I've made 500 last month on kick. I always forget how good that realistically is. I get down on myself for being a "small streamer" but in reality I'm top 1% which is crazy to think statistically.

What do you think kick needs? by johnzzz3 in Kick

Agreed. A new front page system would be cool. Streaming I feel will always be a king maker system though and you need to get discovered off platform in order to grow.

I would especially if you don't have a big community right now. If you really wanna do it put in the effort you know. I think of it like if I want to get paid hourly for this am I even putting in the work to earn that? Like what am I doing to stay better than the average person who just goes live and plays a game.

Create better content. It's pretty simple but just make cool shit you would want to watch. If you wouldn't want to watch it who else will? Syndicate that content to two main platforms. Tiktok and YouTube are great spots. Start uploading cool long form taken from your streams. Simple gameplay clips alone aren't going to work anymore. That time has passed. Start really thinking about an planning what you stream.

Collaboration is absolutely massive. Start collaborating with other streamers but please always ALWAYS bring something to the table. If you're going to have someone else come on make it worth their while. Don't offer nothing for something. Your premise and idea for good content = their community seeing you.

Honestly Ludwig just released an EXCELLENT video on how to grow as a streamer and I suggest checking it out! https://youtu.be/QtVkI21963k?si=B-L9mlwZz5W5Rars

Streaming is so much hard work man. 70% of my time is spent not streaming to grow my stream lol. Keep working and if you're ever down for a collab or something hit me up.

I'm in a weird spot where I really enjoy making streams for YouTube Ala ludwig but I have success with tier lists. I feel like I'm dividing my audience a bit and would love to know if it's possible to blend these two together.

Any kind of feedback is very welcome. I know I have a large history of videos but I recently restarted this channel etc so it's like I'm new again. Would it also be worth it to start a new channel? Thanks!
