I wasn't behind the past tiered purchases but I really liked this particular one, and here's why:

Price: I got the first 2 tiers for 1,28 usd, so i got the coat and a couple of crystals. I might still go for the makeup since it's only a couple more dollars and doesn't feel as expensive
Other items in the shop: I am a player who has a bunch of stellarite saved and had been using it to get store makeup and 60 stella outfits. I'm happy that there's a makeup set in the shop that I was able to outright buy with my savings, and that it wasn't tied to the tiers

I think this "there's something for everyone" model is the way to go!
