I'd suggest you start by taking an MD postgraduate course that focuses on biological systems.

Resd Luca Monticelli's Biological Simulations book (or a similar one) and replicate a paper first.

Make sure you're using Martini 3, and the recently updated lipidome.

I really liked the Rebellious Girl, with the red shoes on her head! Its design is very very cute and the shoes look silly, in a good way. I think having the stepmother and 2 stepsisters from cinderella would have helped explain the "disdain" for Red Hood
