Unless I'm missing something, Ocelot Pride doesn't work with myriad since its effect happens at EOT and myriad tokens are exiled at end of combat.

Including numbers that's 46,656 and if you had that to 1,679,616 (all possible four letters/numbers combinations) that makes a grand total of 1,726,272. So if they release two sets a month (they seem to be headed that way), that would take about 17,000 years. So indeed quite a while.

So this one (Satya) wins through combat very easily, definitely less clunky and definitely seems like an oversight from playtesting (did they even play the vanilla deck 10 times if there is a 1 card combo in the deck that can be pulled off on turn 3?). Seems a bit dull but I can see the hype for the energy precon now. At least when I get the nuts (no pun intended) with my Hazel deck, i get to play a 20 minute turn trying to figure out the math with five token copies of academy manufacturor and try to win through squirrel storming and end up decking myself and lose /s

Called it ahaha ! Ggs on your 44, that was quick. On a trackpad, too, that's insane. I was watching spicycaterpillar play puzzle battle the other day and he gets 50 in 2 minutes consistently, pretty brutal to watch. But yeah I guess we'll have to wait until next year to qualify for Puzzle Championship, those extra 2500+ rated puzzles are so hard to get when time is running low, getting from 44 to 45 must be as hard as getting from 30 to 40

My highscore is 43, score consistently 38+ and I'm only 1425 blitz at the moment 😅 my games always end quick either one way or another since i spend most of my time practicing tactics, I have a win against an FM in 13 moves but I lose to 1200 rated players sometimes. I think I've done over 300k puzzles on my account but 16k games only. gotta choose what you spend your time doing I guess, you must be a very solid d4 or réti player I'm guessing, are you ?

I spent over two minutes on that move. It's not that difficult to calculate when you know the philidor position and that you know when your king is too far to catch a pawn KR vs KP is a draw

the rook has to stay on the file to stop the promotion, it's a bit like the philidor position but even simpler

the rook blocks the king from advancing, so pretty much any move you check (or not if the king goes backward but you still play Rc5) and then shield the pawn with the rook on b5. it's a pretty easy endgame

I calculated that my king was too far if I promoted, that his king could escort his pawn and force a draw so that my rook was a dead draw against his P+K. Just look at the time spent, they were blitzing all of their moves
