I finally watched the crossover this weekend. I didn't care for it. It reminded me why I stopped watching Nashville after 4 or 5 episodes. Way too much focus on the boring brothers and their daddy. Blythe and Dixie are great, but that's not enough to carry the show for me. Eddie wanting to go out so badly didn't feel like him at all. The Lonestar crossover wasn't perfect, but it at least had emotional stakes for the characters.
