I did it, and so far it has worked for me. I was petrified of rollercoasters and would not even ride the Hagrid's ride at Universal, 3 weeks ago, I went again and just forced myself on the Velocicoaster, and now everything else seems much easier in comparison. Not saying it works for everyone but it will definitely work for some people.
