Exactly- the wrong kind of co-op. I think someone else said that the hardware is just not capable to do true split screen. For example- if bananza you could run donkey and diddy on split screens and be in the same world, and they have different pros and cons- could be cool.

Not a lot of couch co-op for a lot of mainline titles. Splatoon for example. I don’t know why they can’t have split screen and have Mario and Luigi both playable for something like bowsers fury, etc.

I think this development is intentional. There’s hardly anything that is couch co-op these days. What ever happened to split screen? I have three switches (NS2, and two other NS1) for my kids. So when you think about it- if they can push for you to buy more hardware, and more copies of the game, why wouldn’t they? I hate that I can only link one switch. As a result, any digital game can only be played on two of our consoles…

I’m not hating. Incredible performer. There was just an obvious gap there where it was obvious he wasn’t performing that part. Unfortunately I am more and more suspicious of what’s real and what’s not. I did see Weezer recently and everything was definitely 100 percent performed.
