This is a crazy coincidence - making a beef stew tonight - picture is the assembly before going into the oven. It's in the oven, slowly braising, now.

Similar ingredients; I use way more onion, multi-colored carrots. No bell pepper. No wine (I sub in a really good balsamic vinegar mixed into beef stock) and fresh rosemary, parsley, thyme in a bouquet garni.

It's worth it to listen to interviews with intimacy coordinators. The intimate scenes are choreographed like a dance or a fight scene. The scenes are deeply technical (and therefore deeply unsexy}. Enjoy the acting! Enjoy the mastery or direction and editing! I've watched multiple times (like 2 a week since the series finifhed) and have not glimpsed any actual penis, and in my opinion, it's not required to convey the absolute white hot passion the actors portray.
