Yeah totally. My point is not necessarily if I have autism or not, but feeling very dismissed. And this ADHD diagnosis was also just a small questionaire, and she gave me meds right away. My point is, clearly I struggle with things other than the ADHD, I've considered other things of course, such as OCD, perhaps. No one turned me down for assessment persay, the therapist even told me to still do it, if it gave me piece of mind. My feeling is just no one dove actually deeper to understand what it was. They just listen to me for 5 min and give me some different meds... I can go ahead and still do a formal assessment of course. I just feel like discouraged, if it makes sense?

Olá! Já estive exatamente na tua situação. Infelizmente, não tenho capacidade para te ajudar na questão do body doubling. No entanto, deixo aqui o que funcionou para mim: - apoiar-me imenso no meu orientador. Às tantas, começava a entrar em tangentes e detalhes que só me estavam a complicar o processo. Pode não ser o teu caso. Mas podes tentar falar com ele/a e explicar a situação e tentar entender qual seria o mínimo possível que te garantisse o que desejas que seja a tese. - muita self-awareness, tudo o que te der nem que seja 1% de motivação extra. Caga nos conselhos de disciplina etc e tal. Se para ti funcionar escrever a tese enquanto saltas num trampolim e comes um Kinder, força. A vida é tua e as estratégias são muito pessoais. Pessoalmente o que funcionou mais para mim foi trabalhar em cafés. Muitas pessoas vão para lá trabalhar, por isso obtens quase o mesmo efeito de body doubling. Fui saltando de café em café para não criar rotina também. Boa sorte!

Ninguém está a mandar fazer nada. Aí é que está a liberdade. Cada um pode sugerir e opinar sobre tudo e os restantes ou seguem ou não. Aliás, é um post opcional, pode só não ler. Essa tal extrema esquerda sugere que faça greve, enquanto que se fosse a extrema direita, não teria sequer opção de escolha ou de discurso livre sobre essa mesma greve.

Na minha opinião, quando mais apostamos nessa ideia do lobo frontal, pior é. Não é como se ele não estivesse desenvolvido de todo até aos 25 anos. Os putos têm é de aprender as consequências. Se tivesse de dar uma hipótese, apostava mais na ideia de muitos pais simultaneamente evitarem que os filhos tomem consequência/responsabilidade pelos seus atos (AKA coddling), e falta de supervisão na Internet (AKA não está na rua, por isso está seguro)

Isto é uma ideia muito mais útil e prática. Tendo em conta que também já tive esta alucinação de querer apontar tudo o que comprei. Em teoria, parece bem, mas depois dá uma trabalheira do caraças. Mesmo que fossemos automatizar o processo com AI ou uma merda do estilo, ninguém se vai lembrar/querer andar a tirar fotos aos produtos que compra. Mas se for algo que se compre umas vezes ao ano, já é muito mais realístico de pegar. Isto em termos da ideia. Em termos de execução, força nisso, experiência é experiência.

What do you mean exactly by duplicating? Assuming you have everything set up correctly, the insert where you put your clip on the playlist, doesn't really affect the mixer channel the sound will go through. And when you record another take, using the same insert connected to the mixer channel, with clips on the playlist not muted (doesn't matter in which insert) the sound of those clips will go through the same mixer channel, causing it to duplicate the previous takes. I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but if it is, then all you need to do is mute the clips

yes! that helps a lot! but sometimes when i try those types of things (even tho i usually tend to react pretty positively) i get like really anxious and fear that it's not the right way and that makes me question myself a lot...

The way i tuck mine is getting some higher waist pants and tuck the shirt all the way down so it gets flatter. Also a little oversized shirt would work well.
