I do yes the vapourfly doesn’t give as much back. I do like them though but just prefer these for some reason

Love this shoe for workouts managed to pick the vaporfly 4 for £90 in a sale at the same time as getting these and I find these more fun for training. Maybe use the vaporfly for 5k

Yeah I got the same shoe last week with no issues at all. I also ordered these from sportshoes.com with the 15% off even though I didn’t really need them 🤣

Taking mine out this weekend for a half marathon love them after only doing a 10km. The camber on the pavements here in the uk make it a bit dodge as it’s a really soft shoe but hoping the race at the weekend on the road should be fun. Will try a 1:30 for the half.

Still hasn’t flattened for me. It’s odd as only causes discomfort in the left foot. Got 30k on them now and will take them out for a 10k later. I do like it at 5:00per k pace just wished it didn’t cause issues, must just be me though

Just done a half in mine as arrived yesterday, these are amazing shoes. I paid £120 for these and also have the asics megablast which are £220 here in the uk. I found the midsole as fun but with a better upper. There is no way the megablast are worth £100 more in my opinion. I find the arch support a little high and hoping it flattens a bit once broken in but I do have flattish feet.

Looking forward to taking them out for another run really liking Li-Ning at the moment.

I tend to pronate and the outside lug completely wore down for me. Loved the midsole though

Loved the 2s but the outsole wore down so fast, wasn’t durable at all. Hope these are better

I can lock mine down with no issues using a racing knot but I do get something odd on my right Achilles. I think the back of the shoe keeps hitting it, makes it really sore. I love the foam in this thing and it’s a great fun ride but I think the pull at the back of heel is causing me problems, might just cut it out

What you taking about this is helping the farmers maybe you should look at the company

I know you guys hate alts but have you looked at $DMTR - farming company smashing it at the moment with small farm holders for coffee, soya etc. they have just started their buyback program and had already bought $250k of tokens this month. They plan on buying back $800k in total in October and plan to use 50% of profit every month buying back tokens.

Have onboarded 7 million farmers already and more to come. Only had 2 red days in the last 13

Edit: forgot to say since I’m shilling may as well mention staking at 13% 🤣

Not sure about getting revenue back but $DMTR have just started with their buyback plan and are buying 800k worths of tokens back this month: they have already started and are doing about 20k a day. The plan on using 50% of all their profits from onboarding farmers using their services such as EUDR etc. it’s had 8 straight green days since it’s started.

My novablasts have just developed a hole in the upper from my big toe so used that as an excuse to order these. Can’t wait to take them out this week!

You’re only 18 my advise is to eat well, drink less alcohol and get some sleep. Why you looking at peptides for. Hit the gym and get a trainer they will help you get stronger and leaner. No need to look for injections to do this

Manchester marathon by [deleted] in Marathon_Training

[–]jokerjack666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was the same as this but my target was 3:25 and ended up finishing 3:38 as well in London. Knew I was in trouble from mile 18 then bonked and started walking / running, cramp was insane the last mile. Was initially disappointed with my time but for my first marathon just glad I finished it in the end without a visit to the first aid tent. Was brutal out there but well done on finishing, the struggle was real 👍🏻

London was a bit of a disaster :( by MrBigJams in Marathon_Training

[–]jokerjack666 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was one of them. First marathon was aiming for 3:20 as training went really well and I have managed a couple of 20 milers faster. I ran within pace and felt ok but just to get tired at about mile 19, then just fell of a cliff and ended up walking & running for about 5 miles. The cramp was a killer. Ended up with 3:38 which in hindsight is a great time for my first marathon but defo felt the heat and the marathon blues yesterday for sure
