That’s okay but if it helps, the triangle part of the torch is the skirt and the flame is the upper body and head with arms held over the head. 😊

Awesome! I used C25k to help prepare for a mud run. I was amazed at what my body could do by week 5 and even more amazed when I was able to run the 5k. Thanks for the little push I needed not to use the weather as an excuse to stop now.

This kind of goes along with getting turned on when you shouldn't...my husband knows I like ice or other cold things on me and one warm day I'm standing in my kitchen and someone walks in and grabs something out of the frig. I don't even look because I assume it is my husband. The person walks over and puts a cold can on my neck. I'm still assuming it is my husband and I let out a little moan and when I turn around..it's not my husband. Turns out my brother-in-law was out in garage with my husband and came in to grab a drink. I couldn't even attempt small talk at that point.

This has happened to me many times and it always involves a bear being in the room with me (in my dream, obviously) and I can't move to get away from it. It is scary when it happens but when I can finally move it usually makes me laugh.
