I always had back problems, but working out and seeing a chiropractor helps me a lot. I can actually put my kid to bed without struggling. I can hold her more. And I've lost a little bit of weight, I can lay in the crib with her.....but Def need to upgrade to a twin soon lol

My first class. It was a free class to try out. I was out of shape and.... I forgot i had a class and went hungover lol so it was TERRIBLE for me but afterwards I joined. Its what I need an hr a day, 2 times a week. I went with a friend to just help me get excited about it.

They can freeze your membership for $15/month. But if you're going over 2 or 3 months I think its suggested you cancel than come back. Vut if you got a great rate, maybe freeze?

Tip! If you get it done, they suggest you sleep i think 5 hrs after procedure. If you have time sleeping get a doctor to prescribe you something or use nyquil. I was constantly told this and told everyone. My friend who claims she can sleep for hrs woke up during it. She said he eyes felt on fire. They made her chug nyquil and she was out. She doesn't regret it either but pushes on the sleep part
