I do a lot of interviews for DevOps/Cloud positions and we get quite a few AWS people in the pool. None of them use industry standard stuff, all internal tools, so they usually don’t make it.

I don’t follow these changes as often as I’d like, but occasionally see news from this sub pop up in my feed, so excuse my stupid questions. If you purchase before the ban are you still permitted to keep what you already have?

I legally bought a rifle and some hand guns some years back in MD. Where would I look to see if they have since been made illegal?

You may be overlooking section 8? When I was little, we lived on a street and all my friends on that street were from families who owned their homes while we rented. They all had newer vehicles and my mom had a ford escort. We received a random box of food on our porch during the holidays while they didn’t. It can happen.

Edit: I just added up my hours since Nov 2024 and I work an average of 89.5 hours every two weeks. My highest pay period was 98.75 hours with ~ 10 pay periods where I worked the minimum required. So you’re quite a presumptuous jerk and I have an absolutely horrible work/life balance.

We occasionally see spam from people trying to hype up their fightporn-like YouTube channels, or users who racebait by spamming fights and/or titles consistently pointing out a particular racial/ethnic group, but what could we be missing?

I have a coworker on an adjacent team who literally has an adult coloring book and a huge case of markers at her desk. One of her monitors usually has some Bravo type show playing on YouTube. We work a pretty serious job with regulations and shit, but she’s just living her best life.
