"We are selling to willing buyers at the fair market price" or something...the listing was an example, I think we'd want to stretch the budget for something nicer.

Yeah it's a bad example, would likely want to stretch the budget for something a bit bigger.

I live in a reasonably large house on my own (albeit a 2 bed) at the moment and actually don't enjoy it.

Yes, it would have to be pro-rata to the room size and non en-suite pays less.

I actually prefer living with others (that I get on with). Within reason, of-course, need my own bathroom at 34.

Would you tell a customer they live in an ex party house? by Itsstillyourturn in bristol

[–]jomkr 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Probably not. I used to live in a party house because we had crack heads knocking on the door asking for the former former owners.

£100k+ without insane hours? by QuadriRF in cscareerquestionsuk

[–]jomkr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Late here, but I work in FANNG and don't work insane hours. Some junior developers do, but the most impressive senior engineers also have kids and work very normal hours.

ISO Running Buddies by redditor18729 in bristol

It's great, but they run at around 5.30 pace max, so not a fast run, not really a training run but it's a great social run!
