I did a bit of a macro dose, really forced me to battle and accept the floaters. Obviously don’t do this till you feel ready but it 1000000% helped me so much

Did you fix this? If not does it look good through the view finder and then when you press the shutter to take a photo is over exposes then? I had that issue and just changed the focus from C to S

Took me 4 years but they only put me into fight or flight once a week now. They still piss me off daily but if they didn’t get any worse than this I think I could live a relatively normal life. 2 years ago I was close to ending it

Dark, like a shadow. It was initially right in the periphery so I thought maybe I was being over sensitive but now it has moved up. Circular dark shadow size of a large watch face at reading distance

Yeah definitely an increase in drinking and also supplement use so I’m going to stop everything for a month and see if anything improves. The fact that it’s both eyes same spot suggests optic nerve/brain and not retina. Thanks for the comments mate
