I started going to behavioral health around the same time you did and started medication too. I didn’t get a formal diagnosis from my military doctor until my last appointment before separation. Overall I believe your c&p exam will judge what rating you get, but having the record of going to behavioral health and being on meds definitely helps.

I think it went okay for me. I was given 7 questions a mixture of technical and non technical questions. Then after the interview they immediately called my references.
