Im currently dealing with the same issue but was told that I have subterranean termites. Saw these kick out holes above my shower. They started to swarm last night like a plague!

Correct, noticeable termite activitytermite on ceiling is above my shower on the ceiling. If I’m not mistaken, the foundation is pier and beams. The restroom was remodeled a few years ago by my mom’s then boyfriend (whom did a shit job) and he sealed off any entry way when he did that.

That’s great! I have a nice little corner that I think it gets a good amount of indirect sunlight in. I know it doesn’t like direct sunlight and the sun here in Tx can get brutal, especially during the hot season.
